Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Terms govern your use of roadmaptosuccess.ai and the services of Roadmap to Success ("RTS", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

RTS provides business assessment, strategic planning, and guided execution tools and programs, including the Business X-Ray Assessment, the RTS Platform, cohort programs, and Virtual COO guidance. Specific programs may have their own agreements, pricing, and terms, which apply in addition to these.

Waitlist and free offers

Promotional offers, such as a free Business X-Ray for the first 100 waitlist sign-ups, are limited, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Eligibility is determined by RTS.

No professional advice

Information and recommendations provided through RTS are for business planning purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Results depend on many factors, and RTS does not guarantee specific financial outcomes unless stated in a separate written agreement.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You keep ownership of your business data; you grant RTS the rights needed to deliver the services and to create aggregated, de-identified reports.

Intellectual property

The RTS name, Basecamps methodology, platform, content, and materials are owned by Roadmap to Success and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Payments and refunds

Paid programs are billed as described at checkout or in your program agreement. Refunds and guarantees, where offered, follow the terms of that program.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
